An open API, included.
Your developers, your vendors, and your audit partners work with the same data your team sees in FactorView. No separate API plan to buy.
What you can reach.
The API covers the records you run the business on, not a reporting copy of them. Anything you write through it shows up for your team right away.

Each vendor sees only what you grant.
Your audit vendor needs to send invoices in. Your accountant needs to read transactions. Neither needs the other's access, so each gets a key of its own.
- A separate key for each person or vendor, each with its own access level
- Any key can be switched off on its own, without touching the others
- Every call is logged, so what a key did is never a guess
API keys
Pull what changed, not the whole book.
Keeping a copy of your data in another system should not mean re-downloading everything every hour. Ask for what changed since your last pull and page through it.
- Filter clients, debtors, and invoices by last change
- Page through large books without losing your place
- Request and response examples in the documentation
Hourly sync
Already running between factors and their partners.
- Audit and verification vendors send invoices straight into FactorView
- Factors pull their book into their own reporting and accounting tools
- Partners push invoices in through webhooks, limited to the clients and debtors you granted them
- Connected partners like Triumph and Peruse get their updates through the integration itself

API questions
Is the API included?
Yes. API access is part of FactorView, with a monthly call allowance that grows with your invoice volume. There is no separate API plan to buy and no tier to upgrade to.
What can I do with it?
Read and write clients, debtors, client and debtor relationships, invoices, invoice notes, debtor credit history, and action items, and read transactions. Audit vendors use it to send invoices in; factors use it to pull their book into their own reporting and accounting tools.
How is access controlled?
Each person or vendor gets their own key with its own access level: submit invoices, read, or full. Any key can be switched off without touching the others, and every call is logged.
Where is the documentation?
It is public, with request and response examples: API documentation.
