Getting started
Will FactorView work for my factoring company?
Most likely, yes. FactorView flexes around different factoring setups, with custom terms, fees, and schedules for each client and debtor. If you have an unusual situation, reach out and we will tell you straight whether we are a good fit.
How do we get started?
Schedule a demo and we will walk through the platform with your numbers, with no long-term contract and no risk. From there, onboarding setup & training gets your team live.
What does FactorView cost?
It depends on your invoice volume and the size of your team, so we quote it per account rather than publishing a list. Book a walkthrough and we will go through your numbers and give you a straight figure. See pricing for how it works.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running quickly. Larger books take a little more, and onboarding setup and training are included either way.
Can you move my data from our current system?
Yes. We help new customers bring over their clients, debtors, and open balances, so you are not starting from a blank slate. Larger or more complicated migrations are scoped and quoted with you first, since what it takes depends on the shape of the data you are coming from.
Using the software
Can I access it from any device?
Yes. FactorView runs in your browser on any computer, tablet, or smartphone, with nothing to install.
Do my clients get their own access?
They do. The client portal lets your clients submit invoices, add debtors, and pull key reports 24/7, which cuts down on back-and-forth for your team.
Can I control what my staff can see?
Yes. Set permissions across 100+ areas of the system, role by role, so each person sees exactly what they should and nothing else. You can also lock accounts and audit activity.
Does it connect to the tools I already use?
FactorView integrates with credit, verification, and payments partners. See the integrations page for the current list.
Security and support
Is my data secure?
Yes. FactorView uses bank-grade 256-bit encryption, the same standard your bank uses, plus role-based permissions and a full audit trail, so you control who can see and do what and can always see what changed.
