Switching to FactorView

Leave the hard part of switching to us.

We load your book for you, you check it next to the system you run today, and you cut over only when the numbers match.

1

We load your operating book

You send an export from your current system. We load your clients, debtors, open invoices with their balances, and opening reserves, and show you what came across.

2

You check it side by side

Keep working in your current system. Compare aging, reserves, and client statements in FactorView against it. No entering anything twice.

3

We load it fresh, you cut over

When the numbers match and your team is trained, we load a fresh copy of your book, so anything you tried while testing is cleared, and you switch.

Before you cut over

You see the numbers match before anything changes.

The question every factor asks about switching is whether the new system will agree with the old one. You answer it yourself, on your own book, before you commit.

  • Aging by client and by debtor
  • Reserve balances

Switching questions

Who moves my data?

We do. We load your operating book for you: clients, debtors, open invoices with their balances, and opening reserves. You send an export from your current system and check our work.

Do I have to enter everything twice while I test it?

No. We load a snapshot, you compare aging, reserves, and statements against your current system, and we load a fresh copy of your book when you are ready to cut over. Your team keeps working in the system it uses today until then.

What happens to my history from the old system?

Your operating book moves to FactorView. Your full history stays in your old system, or in the export you take from it. If you need years of history carried over, we scope that with you first, since it is a bigger job.

What if I want to leave FactorView later?

Your data is yours. If you leave, a complete export as CSV files with your documents is included at no charge. Ask for it in writing at least 30 days before your account ends and we deliver it within 30 days. There is no long-term contract. Details are in our Terms of Service.
