The terms that govern your use of FactorView's website and software.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FactorView website and software. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you or your company has a signed agreement or order form with FactorView, that agreement governs your use of the software and controls over these Terms wherever the two differ.
Use of the service
You may use FactorView only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your data accurate.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any use of your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to your order form or signed agreement. Specific pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are confirmed there before you are charged.
Intellectual property
FactorView and its content, features, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into FactorView. We handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy and use it to provide and improve the service.
If your subscription ends, you can request one complete export of your data at no charge: CSV files covering your clients, debtors, invoices, transactions, and related records, the documents you uploaded, and a reference of your account settings. Request it in writing at least 30 days before your account ends, and we deliver it within 30 days of your request. Additional exports during your subscription are available on request.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, FactorView is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
